Shipping policy
BigTimeFlies strives to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we encounter delays beyond two days, we typically communicate with you via the email address you provided when you placed the order. When your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are shipped using the shipping method you choose during the checkout process of placing your order. Orders are typically shipped using US Postal Service. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped using the shipping method of our choice, which is often US Postal Service First Class Package service with Tracking Service.
BigTimeFlies does not ship packages with a Required Signature unless requested by the customer. We do not use Required Signature services due to the inconvenience this can cause customers. If you would like your package delivered with a Required Signature, please make a note in the comment box when placing your order. BigTimeFlies will not be responsible for packages which are delivered and stolen from your premises.
ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Orders of $50 or more will have the option of Free Shipping for shipping inside USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Just complete your order and choose Free Shipping when choosing your Shipping Method during the checkout process. Other shipping methods will still be an option, but will not be free. The $50 total does not include taxes and shipping fees.
