Returns are allowed up to 30 days from the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable. We do not accept used items for return unless we have pre-authorized the return. Contact us if you would like your used item to be considered for return for a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip, order number, or other information to find your original order. Please do not send your purchase back to us without appropriate information included.  We may not be able to determine where it came from and will not be responsible for items sent to us in box with no other information.  

Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping fees to return items to us are the responsibility of the customer.  Only in situations where BigTimeFlies shipped items with errors will we refund shipping fees and/or offer to pay for return shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.  We will also notify you if your return is rejected.  If your return is rejected due to the poor condition of the product, shipping fees to return the product back to you will be charged and are not paid for by BigTimeFlies.
If you your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Refunds may take a number of days to show up in your account after we have issued the refund depending on your financial institution.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items with a clearly marked down price cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You may also call us at 425-835-0531.  Items that are not defective or damaged, at our discretion, will be exchanged at no additional fee. Shipping fees for you to ship products back to us and for us to ship back to you, will always be the responsibility of the customer.  If the exchange is the result of an error on our part, BigTimeFlies will pay for the return shipping of the item and the shipping fees to ship the exchanged item back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for packages you shipped but we never received.
